BESTMID.com offers different shipping options to our customers, all of which are efficient and reliable. Instead of free shipping option, which makes the product price higher, we now offer cheaper products and more convenient shipping options, enabling our customers to save even more!

Delivery Time

We try our very best to provide an accurate estimate of the "total shipping time" required including both sourcing and delivery time. These estimations are based on several different factors, including the location of your designated address and the time we need to obtain the products of your request from our many different suppliers.
We calculate our "Estimated Total Delivery Time" by adding the time it needs for your requested products to arrive our warehouses from our suppliers (please refer to the "Availability" information on the product page of your selected item) and the time it will approximately take to ship to your designated addresses.

"I just received my new Ainol Novo7 Advanced from BESTMID.com yesterday morning. I received quality service from them. They answered my emails within about 24 hours. I ordered the tablet with DHL Express shipping & received my order in 5 working days from the day DHL picked it up. I was actually surprised that I received delivery a day earlier than what DHL gave as their likely delivery dates. The extra cost for DHL Express was well worth it...it really beats the 3-4 weeks parcels normally take to travel from China to the USA.
